Whiting High School

Congratulations to Adrian Gonzalez for being our Oiler of the Week for 9/18/2023 - 9/22/2023.  Adrian received the most votes from teachers last week.   Teachers vote for Oilers of the Week by choosing which of their students exemplified each of Whiting High School's five core values (Self-Discipline, Responsibility, Self-Advocacy, GRIT, and Growth Mindset).  Teachers stated that Adrian is always willing to try new ideas and explore new ways to learn.  He does a good job asking for help when he needs it.  Additionally, he always turns in his work on time.  He strives to be the best he can be in school and his extra curricular activities.
