Tierney's approach towards learning extends beyond simply herself as she is quick and eager to support her classmates in their learning and understanding of class content and procedures.
Tierney has a good head on her shoulders as well. I can always count on Tierney to be polite, participate/stay engaging in class, and act very mature for her age. This maturity is evident as Tierney is already aware of what life looks like post-high school for her.
